If this is a corporate event and you are planning on wearing any type of formal attire, such as a highly starched shirt, we recommend that you bring an extra t-shirt to wear during the massage to prevent wrinkling.
Your massage therapist will do a short verbal intake to obtain information about health concerns or specific areas you want addressed during the massage (ex. stiff neck, tingling fingers, back problems, sports-related soreness, headaces.)
Massage duration can be 10 minutes to 30 minutes, or more, depending on you and your therapist's availability
We also recommend you drink at least 8 glasses of water 24 hours prior to as well as after your massage to alleviate any post-massage soreness. Hydration is important pre and post massage.
Tips are welcomed, but not mandatory.
